Pico De Gallo #16101

This mixture goes great on tacos or as a salsa.

2 hours 2 hrs prep</B>

16 small plum tomatoes, diced 8 ounces red onions, small diced 6 jalapenos, finely chopped 8 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup cilantro, washed and chopped 6 ounces vegetable oil 6 ounces red wine vinegar salt pepper
  1. Mix Tomatoes,onions,jalapenos,Garlic(}.
  2. Add oil and vinegar.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Let sit at least an hour before service so flavors.
  5. can blend.
