Ingredients: 12 large lettuce leaves, 1 large chicken breast or two thighs, 1/2 a carrot, 150 gms of cashews, 1spring onion.


Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of oil, a little salt (to taste), 1 teaspoon of regular soya sauce.


Preparation: Wash the lettue leaves and dry off the water, Chop the chicken until it is mince. Mix chicken mince with light soya sauce. Chop the carrot finely. Chop spring onion finely.


Cooking: Heat Wok, put in oil, fry cashews, put on a side plate. Fry the chicken, put on a side plate. Fry the carrot, add salt, and then add the chicken and cashew. Fry for two minutes then add the spring onion and cook lightly. Turn off the stove. Put a scoop into each lettuce leaf. Ok can eat. Hao Chi
