i have eat many times of this meat, but the most delicious ones is did by my grandmother.i have practise some times but don't do very well now,i will practise more to cook it well .
yes, you can see it picture,it is some beautiful.in fact the taste is much more well.
the cook way is sample, when i practise well ,i will provide to friends. i think this dish can represent some taste of chinese traditional food.
