Salt and Pepper Chilli
Hey guys,
Just wondering if there is any suitable sauce (home made, or shop bought) that would go well with home made salt and pepper chilli chicken?
Thank you to anyone that can help :)

Welcome to Discuss Cooking LeftTeh. Could you be more clear about what you mean with that term "Salt and Pepper Chili Chicken"?
When I saw the title of your post, I thought it was a chili recipe from one of our members who calls himself Salt&Pepper.

Welcome to Discuss Cooking
Are you referring to Chinese-style salt and pepper chicken? I found this recipe that includes a dipping sauce that sounds tasty:

I need more coffee as I smack forehead. Now I remember I had that dish once in a Chinese restaurant in Canada. Thanks for the recipe!

I was going to mention Thai dipping sauce....or, you could use plum sauce with a bit of chili flakes in it....more or less the same thing....
