Ingredients: 6 chicken’s legs, 6 med/large dry mushrooms (You can purchase at any Chinese market).

Seasoning: 1 desert spoon of oil, 1.5 tablespoons of regular soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 large piece of ginger.

Prepartation: take off the chicken’s leg skin , cut the mushrooms into half and put in hot water.

Cooking: Heat the Wok, put oil in, put the chicken’s leg in, stir-fry 5 minutes, put the mushroom and ginger in, put the soya sauce and some water in, the water must cover the chicken’s leg, wait for the water boil, turn the stove to med, simmer until there is just a little water left , put the sugar in, stir until the sugar coats the chicken legs, cook for another 2 minutes, take out in the plate. OK Hao chi.
