I have made honey wheat bread before, and it was excellent. I would like to add the cinnamon raisin to it. Has anyone tried just spreading the cinnamon/raisin mix on the dough when you flatten it out to roll into a loaf?
If you knead it through the dough as you go along you will get better incorperation...or waith till half way through, the add the stuff, should provide a marbled/swirl type effect.
