Sloppy Joe with a twist

1 1/2 pounds ground beef or (ground turkey)
1 medium onion chopped
3 tsp. mustard
1 can chicken gumbo soup
3/4 cup ketchup
chili powder to taste

Brown meat with onion. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Serve on hamburg bun.

Those are pretty good and easy. This is the recipe that my mother used for years.
