This is really good and it is the only way I will make my stuffing for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend it.

Turkey Sausage Stuffing:

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 4 cups)
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 teaspoons Wyler's or Steero Chicken-Flavor Bouillon Cubes
1 2/3 cup boiling water
1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained-we like spicy sausage
1 (16-oz.) package corn bread stuffing mix
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

In large bowl, cook mushrooms, celery and onion in margarine until tender. In large bowl, dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add sausage, mushoom mixture and remaining ingredients; mix well. Loosely stuff turkey just before roasting. Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish; bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
