We made a batch of dough today and then cut it into 4, rolled out one piece at a time to about a 4 inch circle, brushed the circle lightly with butter and then put in some mozzarella and finly chopped tomato well drained and some basil that we sliced. Folded the dough over to make a half moon and then fried in a skillet in hot oil about 2 min on each side, drained on paper towels and ate them:LOL: The second batch we did the same thing but we put mozzarella and an ancholy filet that i squished up in the middle and then fried...Both were yummy and enjoyable.Thought I'd share what we did with you..Now to finish cleaning up all the mess we made:ROFLMAO:
