...or so the article says.

I was happy to see my fave "In N Out" on the list.:chef:

15 Top Burgers

1. All-American Drive-In - Long Island, N.Y.
A famous and delicious "double double" for only $2.10? Fantastic!

Go high-end with a Steakburger, or local with a Buffaloburger.

It's all about their famous special sauce with zingy bits of pickle.

Where's Miller's?!?!?!?!? (Located in Dearborn, MI)

It made the top ten in the GQ version of the best burger list last year!

Yeah... In & Out Burgers are all right... but I'm on the other side of the fence here in Vegas, more often supporting the other leader - - Fatburger!

Maybe Miller's intimidated them by being just too handsome (you did say GQ, right?)

I also notice that the closest the get to a Southern restaurant is S. Florida, which is a suburb of Newark, and San Antonio, which is not really in the South except technically.

a gq burger? doesn't sound right.

i hope those male models in gq have to throw up after every meal, just like the female ones do.
they should suffer for looking like that.

i am definitely going to try to get to peter luger's this year. i've heard many good things about their steaks and burgers recently.

4. Dick's Drive-In - Seattle
It's all about their famous special sauce with zingy bits of pickle.

YEP! DICKS ROCKS!

Their fries are to die for. Hot salty and dripping with grease
and their burgers are so good. They are small though so if you're hungry
order a few.

:):):)

Most of the cities posted are large...so I must include a small town one in Milford Ct, called Pauls...best burger I've ever had.

I lived in LA - loved in -n out burgers. Also lived in Vegas, loved Fatburgers. In Chicago I like Fuddruckers - the BIG one! I also found Red Robin has good burgers with all you can eat fries and you MUST get a milkshake!

Here in East Yooper country, we have the famous Clyde's Drive In "Big C", a 3/4 pounder with Velveeta melted over the top, and great, but standard toopping. It's made with fresh ground beef, not from frozen.

And then there's the 1/2 lb Paul Bunyan at The Antler's Bar & Grill, again in Yooperland. And for a great burger with home-made fries, we have the West Pier Drive In, located at the West end of the famous Soo Locks. They have a great hand-made burger.

And if I want something really tasty, well, let's just say I don't sell them. They stay at my house when I cook them. It's hard to be humble when you've learned to use a Webber correctly. I love flame grilled.
