I'm in Wisconsin.. If they raised the prices of Beer here, the state would be in complete economic dismay.

That or a complete strike against beer makers.. No, that wouldn't be an option...

It's already happened here in NC. What was $6.49 is now $7.19... at least in the microbrew and upper "quality" levels, prices have risen about 60 cents or more per 6 pack.

I cry.

Although I personally think these "shortages" are sometimes manufactured so prices can be permanently inflated.
