What are your thoughts about the anticipated bird flu? All indications are that it will be here before we know it and if infects humans will be rapid. I am not one to cry 'wolf' but reading all the sites about the expect ation is really not good. I don't think anyone has mentioned this topic before. If they have I apologize for not checking more closely. I do not want to wast e your time. Thanks for your thoughts.

Im not sure what to think but they say it's inevitable all I think we can do is keep our immunites up as well as we can and keep our pets secure.I heard somewhere a cat got it in Australia. It will get bad if it mutates to where it can be spread human to human.
I think if you take alot of ester c [vitamin] at least a 1000 miligrams a day which I do anyway and if the virus does come start on any supplement you can think like of echinacea to keep your immunity up so you are more able to fend off this virus.
