They taste like blueberry . Actually I have heard they taste exactly like a regular lobster. I saw a picture once of a half blue half red lobster. It was split right down the middle. It looked like someone took a blue one and a red one and cut them in half and glued them together.

i saw that red and blue lobster on tv, geebs. it looked so cool. saw those blues ones, too.
