Does someone have any suggestions where to order tents like these and how high are the charges or maybe someone can offer me 4 or 5!

Friends used to run a tent rental business, they had the tents, and put them up and took them down, for all sorts of events. They also provided chairs. DH used to help with free labor. Perhaps your town has a similar service?

They've sold their business, it was a small mom and pop, but I'm wondering if your town would have something similar. Check into where people rent tents for graduation parties and weddings. Many years ago, my mom rented a tent for our wedding reception, and she lived in a tiny town.

I've always used a rental place for these kinds of events. Who wants to buy a bunch of tents you would only use once?
