Does scalding milk make raw egg safe?

If you added scalding milk to raw egg, and then proceeded to make cookie dough, would it then be safe to eat? :angel:

Assuming you are tempering the eggs with the hot milk, yes. Actually, adding the hot milk to the eggs will kill off any harmful bacteria that may be present. You have to use the tempering process to prevent making scrambled eggs.
