Thank you, Angie.

I have a beautiful shamrock necklace that was given to me in 1967 by one of my dearest friends. I ALWAYS wear it on St. Patrick's Day and I always call her to thank her for the loving memory it brings forward.

Since I'm very Irish I was already instructed by my wonderful Father last night via Skype to "Wear you green today my wonderful red-headed daughter!!!"

I believe they started celebrating St Pat's Day on Friday night and only finished up today! Probably just as well as today got overshadowed by the official confirmation that the HMAS Sydney has been found. Everything else took a very large step backwards after that.
