How Do You Clean Your Kitchen Floors?

Anyone else use a similar floor cleaning machine?

I tried that challenge of sorts, you know where you clean the floor with a mop and bucket and then re-do it with the machine, ACK!



... and they had told me that when we moved into our new home, it had been cleaned thoroughly, yeah right!

I use a mop and wringer pail. I change the water every day and go over the daily spots that seem to appear in the same spots. Mostly spilled coffee. I use bleach in the water. It helps keep the mop clean while cleaning the floor at the same time. Most of the spots are around the table.

And Casey's answer for daily spills, the dog, doesn't work here. Teddy is such a fussy dog. If he is not hungry, he will not eat. Even if you dropped a raw steak on the floor. But he does love to chase the mop. Leaving paw prints on the wet floor.
