HP Class Action Settlement

Did anyone else here get one? I got this 7 page long legal document about a class action because of a recovery program on certain Hp computers. Mine is one of the ones named. But I really don't understand what it's all about. Any sharp legal minds out there?

A class action suit is one initiated by a group of customers who have a beef with HP because of a problem with some or all of HP's products. They join together as a group to have the clout to get results.

If they are asking you to join the suit, Id' recommend doing it. It costs nothing and you might get a few bucks out of it, or some free stuff.

If you do agree to become part of the class action, you give up any right to sue HP on your own.

Thanks Andy. Yes they are asking me to join and I wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do.

I did that once and ended up getting some $1100.00 back in unexpected funds!!!!!
