From what I read here KFC: The Most Popular Western Restaurant in China! - KFC - Epinions.com it sounds like it might be their Spicy Cayenne Chicken Sandwich.
According to the review KFC is the favorite western restaurant in China, and the KFCs there are very clean and have lots of variety.
And I agree, I would definitely want to know what is in my food!

I agree. This, however is about restaurants IN China, so you probably wouldn't have much choice if you were there!

Let me put it another way. I avoid processed food as much as I can in this country. One would have to be out of their gourd to eat it in China, where processing might include adding tasty ingredients like melamine, steroids, or cadmium.
