hi everyone
ive just wrapped up my first semester and i made the deans list ( can you even believe it !!!!! ) so school is going very well. i aced the servsafe test with the second highest grade in my class... for those of you who have never taken the servsafe exam OMG! it was massive and scary and very intimidating but if i can do it, you can do it

i move on from intro classes into actual baking and pastry starting monday and im so excited that i can barely control myself. who knew this would be so much fun

Congrats on the ServSafe. I had to reatke it but I did pas it. It is ugly.

We sold our first batch of cookies! I suppose with our first dollars in place we are officially up and running!
