Excellent, your place looks great. I love that you have a counter as well as tables. You must be ready to bust with excitement. I think you will very successful, everybody loves an inviting place to eat and you have created one.

Nope, no beer. Serving alcohol adds more liability and permits.

Here in NC, we alsohave what they call a host law. If someone has too much to drink and then has an accident, the business and or even the server could be held accountable.

And we hope to do most of our business at lunch, when most people wouldn't be drinking beer.
