Well i have to lose 30 pounds in 5 months. I hope this is possible. When i busted me leg, i gained alot of pounds. Having a boot that raised my right hip up an additional 2 inches while walking, tweaked my back out of shape. Dr. gave me a paper for proper back health and it pretty much said i need to lose 30 pounds.
I have soft tissue damage and stretched tendons in me back form the break in my leg.
What do i have to do on a daily basis for food intake to help cut 5-6 pounds or more a month. I dont want to go on some crazy diet with nasty tasting food.
I ride my bike 6 miles every other day in the mountains and weight lift every other day. I think i need to do crunches but i am not sure how many to do each day
The bike ride takes me 32-36 minutes to complete. its a vigorous course to.
any suggestions would be appreciated. Must be healthier and have more self confidence.
