Now I just need to teach her the right way to hold the whisk.

awwwwwwwwwwww!! Rachel doesn't need an apron that says "Kiss the Cook!" I'm sure she gets all the attention she wants just being her adorable self!

I guess the whisk would work that way--it would just take a lot longer!

As a person having no children, sometimes my patience can be low. Not with kids who want to help, I always love that. But sometimes my sisters would let their crawlers and toddlers just be in the kitchen. I'd be taking a 25-lb turkey out of the oven and find myself tripping over a child. I finally learned to make the men hold their toddlers for a few minutes when I was dealing with hot foods that could scald them. On the other hand, I have one nephew and two neices who just loved to "help" from very early ages. I'd find step stools or a low table and give them jobs. I loved to cook from a very early age.

Such a great pic!
