I had this amazing dish at a restaurant in North Carolina called Bonefish Grill. I didn't realize it was a franchise restaurant until I Googled it. For some reason, I wasn't able to locate the particular dish on their menu.

Not sure if it's their own speciality, but this dish was sort of like a soup version or paella with pasta as it's replacement. It consisted of the pasta (possibly spaghetti or some thick pasta), sausage, clams (or maybe it was mussels) all of which was placed in a bowl of a spicy tomato-based soup.

This was a while back so my I be a bit off with the description. It was one of the best meals I've had in a while. :ROFLMAO:

Sounds like it might have been Cioppino (except for the sausage).

Went to the Bonefish Grill website also and found nothing close on the menu.

Sounds sorta like a soupy fra diavolo with sausage.

Also sounds great. Why not try to make it yourself?

You may never get to exactly the dish you remember, but you will sure have some great eats along the way.

God bless.
