The Mayor of Vilnius Mr A Zukos got fed up with rich people who park their BMW's and Merc's etc in no parking zones because the fines are meaningless to them.
He mounted an armored troop carrier and flattened a Merc.
The vid is on youtube its very funny, Garfield from Philly take note booting is ok but flattening is better.

Thanks for the heads-up. It gives me a better insight into why some of my neighbors emigrated from Lithuania. Vehicle impoundment would seem to make more sense.
