Chico {Chuckie} and Jasmine{Jazz} are siblings from Destiny and Rebel:ohmy:  They are 3. Jazz is the black lab looking one and Chuckie is the orange one.

I share my home with 2 feline friends, Venus and Oyster.

Both are beautiful female multi-breed. Venus was a stray and Oyster came via the local animal shelter.

Rescue a dog or cat today. Their love is unconditional and their contribution to your life will be invaluable.

Wow! six kids
Six grown ups
six animals... that = one very busy life!:):):)

Two geriatric Jack Russell mutt females. (I used the correct word, but suspect it would get bleeped). They are getting senile, and one is deaf. Makes life interesting.

This is my little pumpkin... well, a little white hammy on a huge pumpkin rather, Napoleone!!

this is our girl seijo, she's pure breed gernan shepard. She is 4 now. In this photo with Aidan I think she was 2, Aidan was probably about 9 months. We love her, she's pretty goofy sometimes. A couple days after we had Aidan, she wanted to play so bad, she found a dirty sock on the floor and ever so gently laid the sock right on Aidan's face.
FYI- I got these two to look in the same direction by holding up a stick...looks like they're listening to the national anthem doesn't it?

Seijo likes babies. She kisses Callum a lot but isn't so happy about Aidan. He's too rough with her sometimes, usual kid stuff, climbing on her and pulling her tail. At first she was tolerant, but now when he walks over to her she gets up and lays down somewhere else. Pretty soon she's gonna have 2 kids climbing on her.:ermm: I think she will really like when Aidan is a little older, about 5, I think he will love playing with her the way she likes to be played with. They will be a team of trouble, like Calvin & Hobbes.
She is protective of her little brothers, and I like that. She is a gentle, warm, goofy dog but she will throw down if another dog snaps at her or at any of her family. Other than that she loves to play with other dogs as long as we'll let her.
Our neighbor's dog is mean. Seijo kicked her butt when she snapped at Aidan and my husband.

Sounds like Seijo is truly a perfect family pet anyone can ask for.... yes sometimes things can be difficult with very small children, they tend to confuse pets and toys... but also for this reason it is a great idea for small children to grow up with a pet, they can learn early on to treat anyone around them with due respects...just reason with Aidan (and soon with Callum, too...) every time he is being too rough with Seijo, that she also has hearts and feelings just like him, and to treat her the way he would like to be treated... I am sure you all will make one wonderful happy family!!

I have a little "pound puppy" named Chloe. It's interesting to look at her and try to imagine her geneology. She is leggy like a terrier, long like a dachhund, solid black like a cocker, and has the ears, coat and face of a setter. She was the last puppy left out of a litter dropped off at the pound, and the poor little thing actually had flea nests on her. We sprayed, bathed, and combed her with a fine-tooth comb so much for two days, that her little body was sore.
She has a good life now.

I also have two blue-point Siamese cats. Mei Yu is a rare, traditional Siamese, like the ones that still hang out around the temples in Thailand. Chang is an old-fashioned Applehead, with a big round head like the ones we saw in the 50's. Neither is a pedigreed show cat.
