Phish just announced they are finally releasing a DVD set for The Clifford Ball. I know most of you will not know what this is or care, but for those in the know this is big news. I was at this festival and it was magical. It was an experience that will never be re-created.

I love Phish, Widespread Panic and others of that ilk. Reminds me of Grateful Dead shows when I was a youngster!

Trey Anastasio doesn't get nearly the accolades he deserves.

Widespread Panic is fun. The Grateful Dead were masters and have some of the most beautiful songs ever composed. Jerry is sorely missed!

Yes Trey does not get the credit that he deserves. He is a true musical genius as far as I am concerned. His last few years before Phish broke up were pretty poor compared to his earlier years, but still top notch compared to so many others, but that was because of the drugs. Now that he is clean I am looking forward to hearing a more focused and practiced Trey again.
