Post 1,000!

Just noticed my last post was 999....
So I'm making an excuse to get my promotion to executive chef!
Wow thats alot of posts in a short time, maybe I ought to get a life....

Congratulations - and now that you're Executive Chef you get to cook everyone dinner! I'll take lobster please - it's cold here so I'd really like a lobster mac and cheese baked in a wood-fired oven - that's not too much to ask is it? Thanks...I didn't think so!

I do make a good beer can chicken and gravy though....
