This man knows his cured meats. Absolutely delicious. And, yes, he is Mario's dad.

Found a really good market yesterday, and had just antipasti for dinner.

Aformentioned salami
Couple Spanish cheeses: mirableu and mahon
A sheepsmilk cheddar
Pork pate
Marinated borlotti beans
Fresh figs
Cantalope
French baguette

Oh, and a really nice Spanish tempranillo.

Yum!
