Here is mine

Around 30 minutes of exercise per day
Sticking to a household budget
Reading a portion each from a selection of educational topics per day
Learning a small amount of German daily
Getting my paid work done, as fast as I can
Doing around a half hour of housework every day
Keeping my weight at what I want it to be

For starters:
-Trying to keep my portions of ice cream down to 1/2 cup or less.
-Limiting my consumption of ice cream to less than once a day.
-Resisting the temptation to buy a Hattori.
-Resisting the temptation to knock off the squirrels who consume most all of our hazelnuts and a fair portion of our chestnuts.
- Being polite to elderly neighbors who think I'm at their beck and call, at a moments notice, 24 x 7.

Walking every morning before work (@ 1.8 miles)
Walking the dog every day after work (@ 1/2 mile)
Finish eating dinner before 6:30 PM
Dessert/after dinner snacking 1-day per week

Depends on the day, but...

Round the block twice taking dog walkies. Once only, if it's raining
First 2 hours of any morning: 4 cigs, 2 cups black sweetened coffee
Daily maximum 6 cups black coffee
I have no limit for drinking tea
I never drink alcohol at luchtime. Except on holiday.
I never drink the night before I am driving
If not driving the morning after - 2 large G&T's.
Ice cream temptation rages every day
I try to work out at least twice a week
I try to avoid eating fatty foods

i've 2 many. my food, cooking, sanitation (me & surfaces), the snooze i'll allot myself, hm, this could take awhile if i posted 1/2 of them. i'm rather well self-disciplined; let's say that!~

My gosh, you are perfect. i wish i could do one of those things per month or maybe even a year. My life is most disorganised. :(

early to bed and early to rise.

From my student life was used to go to bed after 1am because I liked to study in night so I was also a late riser. Now I am changing my sleeping pattern for my daughter.

Now I feel so undisciplined !!

I'm not particularly religious, but the one thing I do every day is thank God for all my blessings. I also always bless my food. There are so many hungry people in the world.

Pay bills the second I get them in
Try and sleep at least 8 hours a night

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"
No I am by no means religious, however I religiously stick to this philosophy. Anything that people do/say which annoys me I make a point not to do/say the same thing to the others, even if the other party doesn't care or doesn't mind. I tend to limit myself quite a lot for this, which may indicate my extremely low tolerance level...:ermm:

Getting to my exercise classes at least twice a week.
Walking at least a half mile (the circumference of the parking lot), preferably twice, before or after the class.
Trying to walk anyplace I need to go if it is under a mile.
Reading to my ladies twice a week (and walking there).
Not drinking (obviously I mean alcohol) at least one day a week, preferably 3.
Not drinking hard alcohol at all (stick to wine).
Being at least minimally polite to people who are mean spirited.
Find something to compliment people about.
