I reckon ol' Bolas is talkin' about planting Brussels Sprouts that will be ready for harvest by Christmas.
It took a fair amount of cogitating for me to figger out just what he was talkin' about.
'Course....I could be wrong. T'wouldn't be the first time.

I think your "cogitating" was close Hoot. But he seems to be talking about cooking them now for eatin' at Christmas! What a trickster that Bolas is, who knows what he's up to.
