Sunday Special- A Nuclear Test

There is much in the news lately concerning Nuclear tests, so I thought it a good time for us to have one too!
1. The first Atomic blast was set off ......where?
bonus; what was the date?
2. What was the code name for the bomb detonated over Nagasaki on Aug. 9, 1945?
3. Name the character in the film, "Dr. Strangelove" who made the following statement;
"I can no longer sit back and allow communist infiltration to sap and impurify all of our bodily fluids."
4. Name the German Physicist working on the Manhattan Project who passed nuclear secrets to the Soviets.
5. What was Curtis LeMay's contribution to the cold war?
6. Name the U.S. Nuclear power plant that came close to melt-down in 1985.
7. Can you name the seven other (besides the USA) members of the "Nuclear Club; that is, those who are known to have conducted nuclear tests since 1945?
8. How many times have nuclear weapons been used in wartime?
9. How many countries have commercial nuclear reactors?
10. What percent of the world's energy is supplied by those reactors?
