Barbara, you weren't kidding when you said youare trying to keep busy....All that typing!
I hate typing.....and stink at it. And in all the years, I still don't seem to get any better. What's up with that?

Well, I did copy and paste the answers--just added my responses. I do love to type though, and I am pretty fast. When I was in junior high school most (if not all) of the girls took typing. They figured we would all grow up to be either housewives or secretaries. I was fast on a typewriter, but it is so much faster to use a computer. For one thing, you don't have to worry about mistakes, as they are easy to go back and correct before printing/posting. As a result, you don't make as many mistakes. With my carpal tunnel, I definitely prefer typing, since my hand falls asleep holding a pen. I think Alix beats me on speed though! And I was told that my one cousin was so fast that they couldn't find a computer that could keep up with her (this was about 15 years ago).
