We've decided to go out to dinner the day after New Years Eve... but..nothing on the "holiday" itself.

will celebrate at 8 with the kids and then go to bed

No, haven't for years. We go to a friend's house for dinner and watch a movie and then come home.

TPBM is still looking forward to Christmas with family.
