This is a 10 day old dauschund. My mom sent me this photo but I had to pass it on, as it was so sweet.

Oh what a little sweetheart. When they are that young and helpless you want to open your home to them all.....then they learn to chew up your shoes where you end up walking barefoot in a nasty present they leave you on the floor.

My little dachshund was sweet when he was that age too!

Now he's certain he is the center of the universe and I am his minion.

There he is, at left, with the wind in his ears :-p

I DO NOT WANT A PUPPY.

If I say it enough times I'll start to believe myself. lol.

This one is a cutie pie.

Dauschunds are great dogs, but then they grow up and become booze hounds, begging each time you walk by with a beer.

As proof, here's ours....

My beagle loves beer, especially Heineken. He slobbers, farts and snores. Like Oscar Madison.

My dachshund enjoys wine, white better than red. He would wear a little beret and ascot if only I would buy them for him. Like Felix Unger.
