A cockroach's "brain" is scattered all along it's nervous system, so the
head is not really needed to stay alive. cockroaches, which have been around for about 250 million years, can live a month without eating, but they need to drink water about every week. since they can only drink through the mouth, a roach will die of dehydration within about a week.
 
Got 1,2,4,7 and 8 today. And the TorC. Not bad. Certainly better than yesterday! I think my TV trivia is pretty limited. I don't get many questions right in that genre.
