You need to sign up for Netflix and get the Wii disc. When you put the disc in you will be able to stream from the Wii if you have a Netflix account that allows that.

Exactly. It lets you watch their streaming content on your television. Unfortunately True Blood isn't an instant title, so you would have to get it via the DVD's. Having a Netflix unlimited account gets you both DVD's and streaming. You can choose DVD's from one at a time to six at a time (which is what the payment is based on) and every time you return one, they send another to you. You can access as much of the streaming content as you want, whenever you want.
