Weighing in again

Well I am back. I wont be around much but I am back I was off line for a while. I am trying to lose Weight again. grrrr. I did not do so well the last time now I have to lose like 50lbs and I am on it this time. trying for at least 10,000 steps a day and would prefer 15,000 going to get a new pedometer this week likely.

Todays weight 276 ok I went up before and now on the way down. thats 4lbs this week. No diet.

Good luck.
Here's on idea to add a way to walk it off/get more of your steps:
I know one person who lives in a four story house (their small floors) and her bed/bath is on the top floor and whenever she has to go to the bathroom, she tries to go to the furthest one away.
When you gotta go you gotta go, and I'd say that's pretty good way to add up the steps.
