Well I am back. I wont be around much but I am back I was off line for a while. I am trying to lose Weight again. grrrr. I did not do so well the last time now I have to lose like 50lbs and I am on it this time. trying for at least 10,000 steps a day and would prefer 15,000 going to get a new pedometer this week likely.
Todays weight 276 ok I went up before and now on the way down. thats 4lbs this week. No diet.
