Weird Ingredients Explained

There isn't one food there in that post that I eat. But yes, I do read labels. I buy very few processed foods. About 90-95% of my cooking is done from scratch. I buy frozen veggies and I know they are in the plant being steamed blanched within hours of coming out of the field. But I still read the label. The only canned goods I buy are plain sliced beets. Ingredients are beets, water salt. The only processed food I buy is Hidden Valley Dressing. Even that has a very limited ingredients.

Since I don't have to leave my home for work, and I enjoy cooking, why not do it from scratch when I can. :angel:
