Anything. Literally anything that can be eaten, when I get hungry.

I have to keep my blood sugar in check so I have a bowl of cereal or toast with nut butter around 9 for my medication, then I fast for the night.

Not 'ugly' in the sense you mean it, but I try to eat healthy and moderately, but there are those days when midnight hits and after a 'good food day' I, like a cartoon character, practically empty the fridge into my mouth.

And cold pasta from the Tupperware is delish. I love the texture.

Wifie gets up at 2:30 am and returns from the kitchen with a bowl of Peanut Butter flavored Rice Chex.
She normally works all nighters as an RN so this meal is her breakfast.
It is sooo good.

If I have cold baked beans in the fridge, I can't resist snacking on them, although I don't snack at night.

low sodium hot dogs

Humus with added chili sauce (no tomato), and hot sauce w/corn tortilla chips

Sun Butter with jam, or fruit preserves

Wish I could have cold, leftover pasta of any kind, w/ rich tomato sauce, and ground beef

Wish I could have cold, or nuked baked beans

Carrot sticks with humus

A killer burrito, or tamale.

Garlic Dill pickles

Sardines

There are more, but time is limited.
