Who celebrates Passover?

I can't believe its so late this year. Do you use matzah meal for baking?

Im not big on baking for Passover, but I love Matzah Balls, potato kugel, noodle kugel ( the non-sweet kind) and my mom makes a killer Matzah Kugel that kinda taste like thanksgiving stuffing since she uses similar spices.

honestly, i dont really bake anything, although id be interested in a good macaroon recipe.

yes I do use it for baking. It is so late this year due to the jewish leap year. We add an extra month.
