Yeah. I remember a few years back when a couple high end New York restaurants decided it wasn't fair that thier 400-1,000 dollar a night wait staff got so much in tips and the kitchen staff didn't.
They stopped allowing tips and put everyone at 15 bucks an hour across the board. Then raised meal prices as well tonpay for it. We're talking 200 dollar chicken dinner type places.
Well, you can imagine how well that went over with the wait staff.
