Executive Chef
hi, I know on here I've asked for this and done it. I just can't remember how to exactly and the beef will be on the countertop for 24 hours by the time dinner is ready to be made tonight.
Is it turn oven on to 500 for a half hour, then put beef in there, turn it to 200, cook for 20 or 30 minutes, turn off oven and leave in there?
Or am I all wrong about all of the above?
Anyone remember? I think Michael in DFW helped me before on this............
edit, didn't even begin to be done.
I then braised it very slow and low, dh liked it, maybe I'm not a beef girl
