ISO Your Most Spectacular Dessert

My fan favorite is Bananas Foster, of Brennan's fame. It is desert and a show all-in-one. I cook it on a single burner butane stove in front of everyone, with the lights dimmed.

It is actually very easy to do. Get your mise en place set up, because things happen pretty fast at the end.

We happened to have some homemade banana bread once when Craig was making bananas Foster, so he decided to toast some and serve the BF over it...even better!
