Labor Day Kingsford Charcoal Sales

Home Depot and Lowe's both have two-packs of 18.6 pound bags of Kingsford charcoal on sale for $9.88. They dod this for Memorial Day and Labor Day, and sometimes for July 4th.

Time to stock up.

Yep, time for me to stock up again on the KB's.
I've been taking advantage of these 3x a year sale for about a dozen years now. But over the years the bags have shrunk down to 18.6 lbs. I remember buying double 22 lb bags of Kingsford Blues on sale for $8.88.

That's a very good price! I just bought a two-pack of Kingsford All Natural Competition briquets at Costco. That'll hold me for a while.

Nope. That load of Kingsford in my MINI was 440 pounds. No problem.

I can easily fit 8-foot long 2X4s in my MINI, and close the hatch.
