Had a difficult time deciding where to put this post but figured this is probably the best. Now to my story. When I was a teen I use to babysit for a Lebanese lady and she use to make all sorts of foods that I had never come in contact with. She introduced me to beef tongue, yuck!!! I saw her peeling the tongue. She also introduced me to Dolmades. The ones she made were with rice and I really liked them. She also made this wonderful chicken that I would just love to have a recipe for. I know that she rubbed the chicken in a lot of mashed garlic and not sure what else and then she grilled it and then fried it. Have been trying to find some type of recipe for this chicken for years. Have tried to duplicate it from memory and it just isn't the same. Has anybody heard of a fried/grilled chicken recipe like this?

I have not heard of this type of dish before, IcyMist, but someone around here will likely know of it. I'm thinking BangBang might know. Bang, have you left for Nawlins yet??
