Grilled Chicken With Sweet And Sour Dipping Sauce

The dipping sauce really makes this chicken flavorful. My son likes this sauce over a green salad also.
Enjoy! Debbie

4 CHICKEN BREASTS; Boneless Skinless.
1 teaspoon(s) GARLIC; Minced.
2 tablespoon(s) BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 tablespoon(s) LIME JUICE
1 tablespoon(s) LEMON JUICE
1/3 cup(s) BROWN SUGAR
1 tablespoon(s) DIJON MUSTARD
1/4 cup(s) HONEY
1/2 teaspoon(s) SALT
1/2 teaspoon(s) BLACK PEPPER

In a bowl, mix together the garlic, vinegar, lime and lemon juices, brown sugar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Divide the sauce into bowls for dipping and a portion of the mixture for marinating the chicken.
Marinade chicken in a little of the sauce while BBQ is heating up.
Place chicken on a greased grill drizzling a little of the marinade over the chicken.
Discard marinade.
Cook chicken until the juices run clear.
Serve with the reserved dipping sauce.

4 servings.
