Throw on your grill and cook until the meat gets a lil crispy and they are done. serve with rice and beans and tortillas.

I will let you know how this turns out. Tis dinner tonight. Im marinating mine for a good six hours or so.

the high sugar of the tampico helps the meat carmelize better.

Cheers!

that looks good ... let us know how it turns out ...
some fajitas sound like a great idea ..

That marinade looks good enough to eat! What are you going to do with it after you’re marinated the meat? Have you considered putting it in a sauce pan and reducing it to make a sauce for the steak (maybe add some Worcestershire to it) or even as a sauce for green beans or mushrooms? Or just as a dipping sauce for your tortillas, or spoon it over the tortillas or even the rice.

good idea brother. Hadn't thought about it.

worchestershire and some beef broth or something...reduce it down nice...

Too bad im out of both of them :(

I'll take pics and show you guys how it turns out.

Cheers
