Queen, HB has made several good ones. Be sure and brine your turkey first.

Check here for some good advice on how to do it:

I have grilled whole turkeys, stuffed and unstuffed several times, both with gas and charcoal. I just wrap it in aluminum foil in a foil pan and bbq it slowly over indirect heat. Comes out juicy and tasty every time. We love it. Also have made Trash Can turkey and thats delicious as well.
